If I could live anywhere, it would be in a small cabin on a mountain in Alaska

I believe that being in the wilderness is important for your happiness and spiritual welfare. If you were to ask me which places tug at my heart strings, I would say each morning as the sun rises in our backyard, or anywhere in the Pacific Northwest. Then I'd say in the vast valley of Denali National Park breathing in the arctic air. I'd say anywhere in the desert, staring across the depths of the Grand Canyon where it seems stories are older than time. I'd say sitting across a campfire from Casey at the bottom of a canyon with a white claw in my hand and our dogs by my side. All that said, I'm not an extrovert. What really drives me to put myself out there and invite you to ask me to step into your life for a brief, incredibly important moment to capture something magical, is your LOVE. There is nothing more important to me than capturing the raw experience genuine human connection.
